All our products are custom‑made embossed and lenticular trading cards. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Once production has started on your custom order, no refunds or cancellations are available. Custom items cannot be returned as they are manufactured exclusively for you.
If you receive physically damaged or defective products caused by our production error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will offer re‑production or appropriate compensation after reviewing photos of the issue.
We do not accept returns or refunds for customer‑changed‑mind cases on custom‑made goods.
